How do I care for my jewelry?
With some simple, basic care, you can help preserve and protect your jewelry for years to come. Costume jewellery are recommended to stay away from perfumes and moisturizers. Avoid showering with your Cyntia Miglio jewellery. That could possibly damage the gold dipped plating. Make sure that your jewellery is kept in our pouches.
Professional cleanings are recommended as often as once a year. We encourage you to get in touch via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) to schedule an after care service. Our staff is knowledgeable and experienced in all aspects of jewelry care: cleaning gemstones, restringing pearls and repairing clasps and earring backs.
How should I store my silver?
Silver should be kept absolutely dry. If your silver is used frequently, keep it away from excessive exposure to air and store it in a tarnish-proof cloth or a silver storage box or pouch. Good storage boxes are lined with tarnish-proof fabric and have a separate space for each individual piece. If your climate is humid, place a small packet of desiccant crystals inside your storage area, whether it is a closed box or a flannel roll. Avoid contact with rubber bands or other rubber products. The sulphur in rubber causes tarnishing and corrosion.
How do I care for my cultured pearls?
Fine cultured pearls with thick nacre layers will last for generations if cared for properly. Cultured pearls should be kept free of perfumes, cosmetics, perspiration and dirt. You may gently wipe cultured pearls with a slightly damp cloth. Cyntia Miglio cultured pearls are strung on pure silk with knots between each cultured pearl. Over time, the silk will stretch, weaken and become soiled. If you wear your cultured pearls regularly, we encourage you to have your cultured pearls cleaned and restrung annually.
How can I get an item repaired?
In the event that a design purchased through www.cyntiamiglio.com becomes damaged from normal wear or during shipment we will repair it free of charge within 120 days of order. After 120 days there will be a small materials/service and shipping fee. Items purchased through other retailers must be returned for repair to the store where the item was purchased.
To return an item for repair, please follow these simple steps:
Obtain a Repair Work Order (RWO) number via email at email@example.com
We will not accept packages without an RWO number.
If your item is less than 120 days old, please include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.

We will exchange your item to you within 3-5 weeks of receiving it for repairs. (Subject to part availability*)
Due to the nature of our products, we may not be able to order certain components needed to repair older items.
