All canadian orders will be shipped via Canada Post & FEDEX, rates may vary. International orders will shipped express via DHL & standard via USPS.
All taxes and duties will be the responsibility of the customer on international shipments.
All of our products are handcrafted and the majority of our pieces are made to order. Due to this nature please allow for 10-14 business days for your order to be shipped.

In the event that a design purchased through www.cyntiamiglio.com becomes damaged from normal wear or during shipment we will repair it free of charge within 120 days of order. After 120 days there will be a small materials/service and shipping fee. Items purchased through other retailers must be returned for repair to the store where the item was purchased.
To return an item for repair, please follow these simple steps:
Obtain a Repair Work Order (RWO) number by calling Customer Service, 1-647-861-0581, Monday - Friday 9:00 - 5:00 EST or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will not accept packages without an RWO number.
If your item is less than 120 days old, please include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.
Include the RWO number in the following return shipping address:

We will exchange your item to you within 3-5 weeks of receiving it for repairs. (Subject to part availability*)
*Due to the nature of our products, we may not be able to order certain components needed to repair older items.

Due to limited quantities, we cannot make changes to an order once it has been placed.
Cyntia Miglio Inc. does not accept refunds. We accept items for exchange only (same value or higher of each item purchased online) under the following conditions:
· Product(s) must be unworn, undamaged and accompanied by a print out of the original confirmation email
· Your exchange must be in its original condition and may not be altered in any way
· You must ship your products to Cyntia Miglio, Inc. within 21 days of ship date
· No exchanges on items from the sale page, all sales items are final sale and therefore are not eligible for exchange
· All exchanges/repairs must be listed on shipping documentation as EXCHANGE/REPAIR
· Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value
To exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:
Package the item(s) in its original packaging with the order confirmation/number. Email us at email@example.com if you cannot locate your order confirmation/number and to obtain the return address. We will not accept packages without an order number.
For your security, please return your product(s) with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHL) and retain your receipt. Cyntia Miglio Design is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
